Processing Time

All physical orders are processed within 1–5 business days. Orders are shipped from California. You will receive a confirmation email and tracking information once your order has been shipped.

Please note that processing times may be slightly longer during holidays or periods of high order volume.

Digital products are delivered immediately after purchase via email and are accessible instantly.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Times

Shipping within the United States starts at rate of $5.90 and increases dependent on weight of the order. 

Estimated delivery times:

• United States: 3–7 business days after shipment

• International: 7–21 business days after shipment 

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on carrier delays, weather, or other factors outside our control.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update after receiving your shipment confirmation.

Incorrect Address or Delivery Issues

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Safe Journal is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, you may request reshipment. Additional shipping fees may apply.

If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier first. If you still need assistance, you may contact us at support@safejournal.com.

Lost or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@safejournal.com. Include your order number and a photo if applicable, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

Digital Products

Digital products are delivered electronically and are not subject to shipping. Due to the nature of digital goods, they are non-refundable once delivered.
